Friendly, clean and well run. Good quality breakfast and pleasant to boot. All in all an enjoyable experience at an excellent price. Would definitely use the Hotel again and recommend to others.

Would recommend new phildene hotel to all was spotless , rooms were small but had all you need on suite ,coffee and a tea cake en-suite was good size shower excellent , breakfast good , bar was priced well plenty of choice, and service was excellent made to feel welcome , location was good if able to walk as there was Ten of us we found it great value and would go back again from the Paisley group

We would like to say a big thank you to Lorna and John for our stay at there hotel. Lorna and John were very welcoming and made us feel good to be there. The service was excellent the rooms spotless and the food was appetizing. We would have no hesitation in staying there again if we were to return to Blackpool.

As we only had breakfast because they were not doing evening meals, the breakfast was freshly cooked and filling well worth it. The hotel was clean and friendly and not noisy I would certainly stay there again, the owners couldn’t do enough and were very friendly didn’t matter what they were doing they always found time for a chat
