Introduction

We are a double fronted Victorian property over 3 stories, originally 2 separate dwellings now combined. To access our accommodation levels there is a staircase from the street and an internal staircase from the bar & restaurant.

Just a few yards to the seafront there is access to both buses & Trams

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
There are several public car parks in the immediate vicinity, however these are some distance from the hotel for any persons with mobility problems. Outside the building there is a stretch of non-restricted road on the south kerb from Bolton Street to Lytham Road. There is also a short parking bay to the left of the building where Blue Badge Holders can park without restriction. Pay & Display, seafront parking.

Additional Information

On hearing alarm sounders exit the building by nearest exit do not stop to collect luggage, coats, hand bags etc as this could delay your safe exit, do not run, assemble outside the Seaview hotel and await instruction from the fire officers. Do not re-enter the building under any circumstances until instructed to do so.

Staff are trained to be aware of peoples disabilities and to assist if possible to do so, some disabilities are not so obvious please feel free to inform staff on booking.
